The new Swisson XSD Power Manager Sinewave Dimmer is described as robust and energy efficient, using the latest state of the art Sinewave dimming technology. This new product offers an output which can be a dimmer, switch, or fixed stabilised voltage source. The XSD is extremely quiet and ideal for use in Television Studios and Theatres and with the uplink option multiple units can be daisy-chained together.

The XSD Power Manager Dimmer, which can be positioned on the floor or flown off a truss, ensures safe operations when working near the limit of a mains supply by limiting the total power. Sinewave dimming technology guarantees there is no filament sing produced, no disturbances and a minimum load is not required, it is also suitable for inductive loads. The XSD is available in multiple configurations: 4x 2.5kW; 2x5kW; and 1x12kW. Stage Electrics is the U.K. distributor for Swisson.

As one of the main distributors for Arri in the UK, Stage Electrics will also be showcasing the True Blue theatre range. This range has been upgraded for theatre use and includes cross-cooling and innovative and ventilated theatre cassettes, allowing continuous operations even at a 90° angle. The units are finished in black and are available with a nominal power of 1kW, 2kW and 5kW.

The RSS by Roland M-380 is said to be the most powerful 19"rack-mountable digital mixing console within its field. It facilitates a powerful and configurable mixing environment, which provides high sound quality. The M-380 model is intuitive to operate and with its compact 19" width, it is ideal for space restricted installations.

Stage Electrics will also be displaying their high performance 6mm indoor LED screens, which have been successfully used within a wide variety of events, such as Bristol Fashion Week 2010 and the recent Wrigleys 40th anniversary celebration, which was marked by the unveiling of a commemorative plaque by Her Majesty the Queen. Manufactured to the highest standard, these screens provide bright, sharp images, even in daylight situations.
