I had an account on the old Stage Electrics website, but I am unable to use my login on the new website?

Unfortunately your old login details will not work on our new website. You will be required to register with us again.


Can I use my existing Stage Electrics credit account online?

If you have an existing credit account you can activate this so you can use it online. You will need to print off our online activation form, fill in your details, sign it and fax it back to us.

You will then be emailed login details to use your account online.




Will my normal trading terms apply for orders I place online?

If you activate your exisitng Stage Electrics account so you can use it online any previously agreed trading terms will apply to orders you place online using this account.


I would like to set up a Stage Electrics credit account?

If you do not have a credit account with us but would like to set one up please call us on 0117 937 9550.


I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password please enter you username on the My Account page and click on the red 'Forgotten Password' link.


If I order goods online can I return them and get a refund?

You still have the right to return goods ordered online. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

In the hire shop why are some prices in day and some in week?

The purpose of the hire section is to provide customers with an example of our prices. Where appropriate we have displayed day prices. When you click to view the product details there is a table displaying the day/week prices.
