Stage Electrics' Scenic Department undertook one of their largest exhibition projects of the year when production company Dobson White Partnership (DWP) approached us with specifications produced for their client, EON.

The huge exhibition environment occupied the whole of Hall 4 at Birmingham's NEC.

Much of the bespoke exhibition stand, designed by DWP's creative team, was manufactured before arriving at the venue. With a build up period of just three days, a team of 22 skilled exhibition carpenters and tradesmen was required to get the stand ready for the public in time for opening.

Over a dozen individual stands, each with its own theme and message, were created along with a huge presentation stage at one end of the hall. Many of the modules used within the stands were specifically designed so that they could be used by EON for future events after the exhibition as part of the company's commitment to the environment.
