Stage Electrics was founded on the belief that customers deserve quality service and that we should have fun whilst delivering that quality service.
In today's highly competitive world when everyone ‘wants it cheaper and faster', this vision is harder to live up to but, 29 years later, we still remain committed to it, even though the size we have now become enables us to tackle almost any job anywhere in the world.
As the business has grown and matured, my beliefs have developed based on the experiences we have had as a business: |
- I believe that satisfied customers are the key to a successful business and that controlled growth is the only path to sustained profitability.
- I believe that there is no point in supplying equipment that is substandard or inadequate. In the long run, it never pays.
- I believe that if we look after our staff and provide them with a good working environment, they will in turn look after you. And, by training and developing staff to equip them with the technical and communication skills they need, they will exceed our customers' expectations.
- I believe that there are opportunities all around us if we have the vision to grasp them.
