Stage Electrics works with the manufacturer to honour the standard warranty on all products sold through our web site. The vast majority of manufacturer's warranties are 12 months from the date of purchase, some offer a longer period. If you would like to know the exact warranty details for a particular product or manufacturer please contact us.
The warranty will cover any parts and labour if a product has failed within the warranty period. Unfortunately the warranty conditions will not cover product that is deemed to have suffered physical damage, been misused or abused, been modified or is not being used for the purpose it was intended (within the definitions and parameters described by the manufacturer). We reserve the right to inspect product prior to proceeding with a warranty claim.
All manufacturers stipulate their warranty as "back to base". This means that we ask you to please return the failed product to Stage Electrics' premises. The cost and the arrangement of return lies with the customer. On receipt we will inspect the product as soon as is possible and report the faults to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will advise whether the product will be repaired or replaced. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free replacement equipment during this period.
If you need to return a product to us for warranty repair, please advise us in writing. We would be most grateful if you could detail the product and provide an outline of the fault.
We will provide you with returns forms and an address label. Please attach the returns label to the parcel and put the returns paper work inside with the goods. The cost and the safe transportation of the goods is the responsibility of the customer and we suggest secure packaging and insured carriage.
If the manufacturer agrees that the warranty claim is valid, we undertake repairs or replacements and replace goods free of charge as soon as we can.
