We understand that once your technical equipment has been installed, it's of crucial importance that it's serviced regularly. In order to keep any breakdowns to a minimum and prevent wear and tear issues before they become problems, the working life of your technical equipment will be extended through regular and thorough servicing.
Our qualified and experienced service engineers are dedicated to providing this service at your venues across the UK and Northern Europe. We service and maintain a wide range of lighting, sound, audio visual and technical equipment ranging from microphones to computer-controlled lighting desks.
We offer programmed service contracts which can be tailored to your specific needs. We are happy to advise which package is most suitable but an average contract consists of two preventative maintenance service visits during a 12 month period.
All labour and travel is inclusive except when a fault has been caused by user negligence or error. The contract includes providing service exchange items (where available) whilst your equipment is being repaired.
You will receive priority access to our 24-hour emergency hotline where an engineer familiar with your system will be available for technical support. On show critical faults where we are unable to resolve a problem by phone or by sending a replacement part, we will send an engineer to your site.
A service contract from Stage Electrics will give you peace of mind as well as helping you to maximise your installation investment as your system's longevity is extended.
