We know that in such cases getting your kit repaired and returned in the shortest possible time can often be crucial. In most circumstances and when spares are available, we are able to repair and return your equipment within one week.
For fixed equipment or items too large to transport, we will come to you. Our skilled engineers who cover the UK and Northern Europe will repair your equipment at your venue.

Our emergency breakdown service operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We respond to most situations within 6 hours. If your breakdown occurs out of normal working hours, we aim to call you back within 30 minutes.
