Reflecting on Our Company Culture and Values Day

At Stage Electrics, a set of guiding principles drive our business. Our core values shape how we act and behave every day and underpin our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.  

Like our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we recognise that living our core values in how we work also requires commitment. That is why, in addition to the daily, weekly, and monthly focus we put on "living our values," we also dedicate a day to celebrating and reinforcing these foundational elements that define who we are and guide everything we do.  

A day with our "out-of-offices on," this year's Culture & Values Day was held at the ICCW in Wales. 

CEO Dave Coull commented on the day, "It's our people that make Stage Electrics uniquely qualified to deliver the industry-leading outcomes we achieve for our customers. Therefore, it is entirely appropriate we dedicate this time to deepening our understanding of our core values, further improving our company culture and the results we deliver for colleagues and customers alike".

Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to participate in various engaging activities and workshops. From interactive group discussions and an interactive quiz prepared and presented by colleagues, we left with a deeper appreciation and understanding of one another, our core values and the exciting future ahead for Stage Electrics.
