Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is £17.75 ex VAT (up to 100kg).
Non-Standard Delivery
Non-Standard Delivery is £29.50 ex VAT. For items that are large, heavy, liquid or compressed air.
Pallet Delivery
From £95.00 ex VAT.
Pyrotechnic Delivery
Carrier-handled under strict regulations. Rates and timing vary by location and availability. See below for more details.

Other Key Information
Specialist Pyrotechnic Delivery
To ensure the safe and legally compliant delivery of all pyrotechnics products, we use a licensed pyrotechnics carrier. As a result, delivery costs are higher for pyrotechnic orders than they are for other products we sell.
The frequency of collections varies throughout the year. From October to January, we have 3 collections per week (Tues, Weds & Thurs). From February to April, we have 2 collections per week (Tues & Thurs). From May to August, we have 1 collection each week (Weds). In September, we have 2 collections per week (Tues & Thurs).
Orders placed before 11:30am will be processed for collection on the following day. For example: when we have collections on a Wednesday, if an order is placed before 11:30am on Tuesday, it will be collected by our carrier on Wednesday.
For mainland UK deliveries, delivery times will vary from 48–96 hours, depending upon where the order is being delivered. Unfortunately, this service does not cover all UK postcodes. In particular, deliveries to the Scottish Isles and Highlands are priced individually and subject to POA.
Reducing Waste Through Smarter Packaging
We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact by using more sustainable packaging. Nearly all materials used in our distribution centre are either recycled, recyclable or reused.
Small changes add up:
- Delivery wallets and despatch notes are now printed on 100% recycled paper.
- We use over 32,000 metres of fully recyclable paper tape annually.
- We’ve sourced a bubble wrap containing 30% recycled material.
- Where possible, void fill is made from recycled material or reused polystyrene we’ve received ourselves.
- Our air-bag machine helps avoid shredded paper and excess plastic.
- Cardboard boxes are now made from 70–80% recycled board with 100% recycled inner fluting.
- We have even managed to find pallet wrap that contains recycled material.
We haven’t stopped there. We’re continuing to look for and evaluate better alternatives. Until then, we encourage customers to reuse packaging where possible, or recycle it responsibly.
