Charitable Donations

At Stage Electrics, we have always taken great pride in sponsoring fantastic charities that aid those in need. This year, we are proud to support The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity, The Royal National Life Boat and UNICEF’s emergency appeal.

The Grand Appeal supports the outstanding clinical at staff at Bristol Children’s Hospital and invests in research to improve the outcomes for sick children in Bristol and beyond. The charity also funds life-saving equipment for the regional intensive care units for babies and for children, to equip them with the best possible medical facilities to save more lives.

The RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour rescue service in the UK and Ireland, and have saved over 142,200 lives since 1824. 95% of RNLI income is derived from voluntary contributions. Our own Mike Percy is a volunteer crew member at Berwick-upon-Tweed station.

The disasters and emergency committee; Hundreds of thousands of people have fled violence in Rakhine state, Myanmar, since August with the majority seeking refuge in Bangladesh.  More than 620,000 people, mostly Rohingya women, and children, are in urgent need of shelter, medical care, water and food as they arrive exhausted and traumatised in overflowing camps and settlements in Bangladesh. The D.E.C bring together 13 leading aid charities in times of crisis to help those impacted by disaster.
