Sales Team Leader - Bristol Office.

The Role of the Sales Team Leader is to help lead and motivate the employees in the sales department, to drive results, improve inefficiencies and increase sales. To support the Sales Director in delivering the department’s annual Sales Budgets and Business Plan. The Sales Team Leader will support the overall day to day functions of the department and will need the confidence to motivate and inspire the team to maximise sales performance, whilst providing commercial and technical support. Electrical Installer & Inspector – Scotland & Northern England

As an Electrical Installer & Inspector based in Scotland and Northern England, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), In-Service Inspection and Testing Of Electrical Equipment (PAT testing) and installation activities as required on a wide variety of specialist electrical installations in venues including, but not limited to, theatres, entertainment venues, educational establishments, houses of worship and conference facilities.

You will be expected to carry out your duties in accordance with relevant industry guidance and adhering to internal Company policies as advised by the Qualified Supervisor, and any appointed Team Leader/Site Supervisor. Your duties will also include attending jobs at customer sites that have been scheduled by our Resourcing Department, to conduct EICR’s, being the responsible Engineer on site when directed, carry out installation work including general site work relevant to the business and remedial works. You will be working as part of our Venue Services’ electrical team based in Scotland and Northern England. Whilst on site you will be expected to complete reports, assist other with their duties, carry out testing and inspecting activities, offer technical advice to customers and maintain a high level of customer service. Some tasks will require the erection and/or use of appropriate access equipment to enable working at height.

This is a permanent role which will involve a significant amount of working away from home during the week, with ad-hoc overnight and weekend working. Additionally, a significant proportion of the work is distributed during school holiday periods. There will be a requirement to assist with other duties such as mechanical inspections of theatrical equipment, service of customers’ equipment and any other duties deemed reasonable by your line manager.

Project Manager– Installations - Vacancies

Are you an experienced Project Manager working with technical systems design (lighting, audio, visual, control networks and/or rigging systems) in the temporary or permanent installation sector for performing arts, leisure, broadcast or corporate sector? Due to our continuing expansion and strong order book we are looking for new team members, like you, to join our existing team. Working with a large range of opportunities and in a wide range of sectors, you would be working with our Business Development team and Engineering team from first enquiry to final handover and training. Our projects managers bring costing and design expertise along with the responsibility to manage procurement planning, the works on and offsite, specification and financial control and most importantly client satisfaction. While we work throughout the UK and internationally with offices in Bristol and Edinburgh, our Project Managers are generally field/home based.

Business Development Manager – Installations - Vacancies

Working in Business Development for technical systems? If you have experience in developing business in lighting, audio, visual, control networks and/or rigging systems in the temporary or permanent installation sector for performing arts, leisure, broadcast or corporate sector, we would love to hear from you.  To support our continuing expansion we are looking for new team members, like you, to join our existing team. Working with a large range of opportunities and in a wide range of sectors, you would be working with our Project Management and Engineering teams from first enquiry to sale and ongoing client care. Our Business Development Managers find opportunities, understand client requirements, develop and manage the proposals and conclude the sale of bespoke systems installations. While we work throughout the UK and internationally with offices in Bristol and Edinburgh, our Business Development Managers are generally field/home based.

Commercial Manager – Venue Services - Vacancy

Our Inspection, Testing, and Compliance Team are enjoying continued growth. We are now looking for an additional Commercial Manager to support the continuing growth in sales and operations across the UK. The role is essential in supporting the sales effort whilst managing the scope of works offered, financial performance of the works and ensuring we continue to deliver the highest levels of confidence to our clients for their compliance related testing, inspection & maintenance. We offer electrical and mechanical inspection, testing & maintenance services (fixed wiring, lighting, audio, visual, control networks and rigging systems) within the performing arts, leisure, broadcast, and corporate sector. If you have relevant experience in any of these areas and would enjoy working closely with the Business Development team and having control and responsibility for the Inspection teams, their work, further development and the expansion of this team across the UK, we would love to hear from you.

While we work throughout the UK and internationally with offices in Bristol and Edinburgh, our preference is that this role is office based with regular travel.

Venue Services Account Manager - Bristol.

The role holder is required to develop and secure new opportunities for our Inspection and Maintenance business in the UK. The role holder is expected to generate their own leads from appropriate research, cold calling activities and their market experience, as well as to follow up inbound leads assigned to them. This role requires a highly focused and effective sales and business development professional, to meet and exceed specific sales performance targets. As a main point of contact for Venue Services you must have excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation and objection handling and a positive can-do attitude. You will need to work closely with the Sales, Technical and Operational functions to ensure the timely, efficient, profitable and customer-focused delivery of our services.

Technical Solutions Engineer - Oxfordshire or similar.

You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, engineering, selling (closing the sale) and managing the delivery of lighting, audio, video & rigging systems to clients that fit within our lower value and/or “direct to end client” systems sector. The role will require you to cover a large section of the UK market and as such you will be expected to plan your work load in order to maximise profits and manage workflow whilst balancing client expectations. This role requires a person with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise work load effectively. Some contact will be required with major accounts dealing with people up to director level, therefore an articulate, pro-active and positive approach is required. This role will require travel, the candidate must be prepared to travel and stay away from home if needed.
