We’re currently seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join our exceptional team. If you have a passion for supporting customers across the entertainment, events, and education sectors, a proven track record in technical sales, and an appetite for growth, we’d love to hear from you. 


 What’s the Job? 


As part of our best-in-class Equipment Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the right products and services, whether they operate in the arts, broadcast, conference and convention centres, events and experiential, hospitality, or similar sectors. This role isn’t just about answering the phone; it’s about proactively building relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals, all while ensuring we meet our own commercial objectives. 


The role is preferably based at our Bristol headquarters, although we’re open to considering remote working within the UK for the right candidate. 


About You 


 We’re not looking for a one-size-fits-all candidate, but there are a few key attributes that you’ll need to succeed in this role: 


  • A strong technical understanding of the equipment and services we offer. 
  • Proven business development experience—you know how to generate leads and close sales. 
  • An effective communicator and active listener. 
  • Curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working with a CRM and performance metrics.
  • A self-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience in using Artificial Intelligence to support and enhance your work is highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing:


As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the management and delivery of cutting-edge projects, focusing on permanent installations. From inception to completion, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are executed seamlessly.
