Returns Policy


It is your right should you change your mind, to cancel any order made via the web shop and return to Stage Electrics within 7 working days from the day on which the goods were received. Please note that you should notify Stage Electrics in writing.

We will provide you with the necessary returns forms and an address label. Please attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel and put the returns forms inside with the goods.


  • All pyrotechnic products sealed or opened
  • Opened fog fluid, flame proofing or snow fluid products
  • Opened books, CD, DVD or software products
  • Cut lengths of cable, ropelight, cloth, flooring and rope

If you cancel an order and return the goods to Stage Electrics, you will carry the cost of the return and any arrangements required. All returned goods must be returned in as new condition, fully packaged with all accessories. Safe transportation of goods is your responsibility so we suggest secure packaging and insured freight. Goods will be credited as soon as possible. If your goods are not received in "as new" condition we will unfortunately be unable to refund.

We regret that Stage Electrics cannot accept cancelled orders more than 7 days after receipt unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty, damaged or incomplete goods please report to Stage Electrics in writing within 2 working days from the date of delivery. Please state the sales reference number, the faulty, damaged or missing item, quantity and details of the problem. If you are able to attach a photo then please do.

We will provide you with returns forms, an address label and we will arrange to have the goods collected. Please attach the returns label to the parcel and put the returns paper work inside with the goods. We will offer you a refund or a replacement item.

If a carrier attempts to deliver goods which appear damaged or incomplete, please reject the whole delivery. If you decide to accept the delivery you must clearly mark the carrier's paperwork as "damaged" or "incomplete" before signing for the delivery. Please ask for a copy of the carrier's paperwork.

Please return all items unused and with original outer and inner packaging, any accessories, manuals and peripherals originally supplied. Please do not write on product packaging. Unfortunately incomplete returns will not be refunded.

Returned goods should be packaged securely for transit by carrier. Goods damaged or lost due to inadequate packaging may not be refunded.
